A rewarding experience

Ian Brown's Cycle Shop loyalty scheme has been running for over 10 years and rewards customers we know have shown loyalty to our business.

To get onto the scheme we require an individual to reach £1000 spend with us within one calendar year. After reaching this level then the client is entitled to discount off all items purchased from us from that point (not retrospective). The scheme has five levels and clients can get upgraded as their points add up.

The loyalty discount levels for 2011 are as follows

• Level 5 £1000+ Discount Bikes 2% Discount Accessories 4%
• Level 4 £2000+ Discount Bikes 3% Discount Accessories 5%
• Level 3 £3000+ Discount Bikes 4% Discount Accessories 6%
• Level 2 £4000+ Discount Bikes 6% Discount Accessories 8%
• Level 1 £5000+ Discount Bikes 8% Discount Accessories 10%

These discounts are also available to clients, colleagues, friends or family of the individual whom they have recommended Ian Brown's Cycle Shop. We are always grateful for your recommendations of us and feel this can be a form of reward too. Any new clients would need to build up their own points from that initial introduction.

The points are zeroed at the end of each year. Any existing loyalty customer that gains 500 points (£1=1 point) each year will retain their levels for a further year. If you would like to know your current points total or discount levels applicable then please contact loyalty@ianbrowns.co.uk .
