BG Fit, make the difference count

Building on our experience we have two members of staff that have passed their diplomas in "Body Geometry" Bicycle Fit Course.

We have a dedicated "Body Fit" room where we combine science, data and experience to make arguably the greatest difference to your cycling performance and enjoyment. The most advanced bike setup programme is available at Ian Brown's Cycle Shop by appointment. It takes approximately 2 hours to complete and is done with either Curly (Paul O Reilly) or Dudley (Paul Brehaut). The cost for a full BG Fit is £120

Due to the nature of these appointments it is not possible to do a "Body Fit" on Saturdays.
